Send us your console and we will get it back up and running for you and do any upgrades you request. Leave notes on the order of all the known issues, what you would like repaired, fixed or upgraded and any other important notes.

Repair Service
The majority of repairs can be done as part of the Standard Repair Service and do not require extra parts.

If extra work or parts are required we will contact you with the costs before proceeding.

Make sure to read our Terms & Conditions to ensure you understand the repair process.

Upgrades and parts
If we already have the upgrades or parts you like listed simply select those options. If you would like additional work carried out that is not listed, feel free to just contact us and we can give you a price.

Returning items back to you
We send the item back by the delivery method you specified during checkout.

Any cosmetic issues that are outside of the standard repair can also be addressed. In which case we will contact you if we identify such issues and let you know the price of repair.
